This Privacy Policy describes type of information that may be collected and how this information may be used by us when you access the Application and use our services. By accessing the Application, you consent the Terms set out herein, as well as the collection, transfer, storage, manipulation, and other uses of your information. The Application contains links to other sites. LiveRank is not responsible for the content and the privacy practices of other websites and we encourage you to examine each site's privacy policy and make your own decisions regarding the accuracy, reliability and correctness of material and information found.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Personal Information” refers to your name, address, email, phone number, gender, religion, race, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and other individually identifying information that is not otherwise publicly available. LiveRank does not provide Personal Information voluntarily relayed by users to any third parties, unless required to do so by law. Any Personal Information you provide is protected under either Federal or Provincial legislation relative to the protection and privacy of Personal Information. LiveRank does not collect Personal Information, unless volunteered by the user through email or other communication methods. LiveRank will use reasonable security safeguards to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, modification or destruction. LiveRank asks for consent to collect, use or disclose your Personal Information, except in specific circumstances where collection, use or disclosure without consent is authorized or required by law. LiveRank may use your contact information to send you information about its services. You have the option to unsubscribe from such messages by following the instructions within the messages. LiveRank assumes your consent in cases where you volunteer information for an obvious purpose.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Non-Personal Information” includes information of an anonymous nature including, but not limited to, the type and version of device, the type and version of operating system, country of visitor, number of visitors, frequency of visitors, and browsing activity. Non-Personal Information may be automatically collected from when you use the Application. LiveRank uses such information for statistical purposes and to enhance the quality of the Application or any related services.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRIVACY POLICY
LiveRank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add to, remove, modify, or otherwise change any part of the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any time. Except as otherwise expressly contemplated herein, changes will be effective when notice of such change is posted through the Application. Please check the Privacy Policy regularly for updates. If any change is not acceptable to you, you must discontinue your use of the Application and any related services immediately. Your continued use of the Application or any related services after any such changes are posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
